We integrate professional counseling with a Christian worldview to support lasting transformation.
Every treatment plan is custom-built with collaboration, prayer, and clinical integrity.
Weekly supervision, spiritual guidance, and ongoing growth are part of the culture here.
Our leadership is actively involved in innovation, mentorship, and the daily mission of NPS.
What we do is bigger than a business. We’re answering a calling to bring hope to the hurting.
Faith is not just welcomed here—it’s foundational.
Yes. North Pointe Services is a Christian faith-based counseling agency, and our team members are expected to integrate biblical principles into their work with clients. This includes prayer, Scripture-based encouragement, and providing care from a Christ-centered worldview.
We primarily hire Licensed Associates (LAC, LMSW, LAMFT), Independent Licensed Professionals (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) and Clinical Interns in master's of clinical mental health programs. We also welcome applications for administrative, intake, marketing, and tech support roles through our Support & Strategy track.
NPS operates on a fee-for-service model. Employees are hired as W-2 employees, with semi-flexible schedules and growth opportunities. We offer resources, supervision, and team support to help you thrive.
We serve individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life—many of whom are seeking hope, healing, and spiritual guidance. Our clients often come to us with deep wounds, trauma, or transitions, and we walk with them in grace and truth.
We believe in equipping, not just onboarding. Every new team member receives support through clinical supervision, team meetings, ongoing spiritual encouragement, and resources to grow your caseload and clinical skillset.
NPS offers telehealth and in-office services. Depending on client needs, you can expect to work both in-office and remotely.
Our statement of faith outlines our core Christian beliefs. It affirms the authority of Scripture, the saving work of Jesus Christ, and the spiritual calling to serve others in truth and love. Applicants will be asked to confirm alignment and comfort with providing faith-integrated services.
As a fulltime clinician, we work to build each caseload to around 20–30 clients per week. New client assignments are managed through referrals, our website, and community outreach. You’ll never be expected to “cold market” yourself—we support your growth.
NPS provides biweekly group supervision and biweekly individual supervision for interns and associate-level counselors. You’ll also receive spiritual encouragement and team check-ins within a supportive, Christ-centered environment.
No. If you’re working in-office, we provide shared space in a clean, welcoming environment. If you’re working via telehealth, we’ll walk you through setting up your virtual workspace in a HIPAA-compliant, client-friendly way. You will be provided a laptop and phone.
It’s not scripted—and it’s never forced. Faith integration may include prayer, Scripture, biblical encouragement, or discussion of spiritual themes if and when the client is open to it. We train our staff to practice wise, respectful integration rooted in grace and discernment.
Someone who loves the Lord, honors people’s stories, and is passionate about healing the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. Our team is made of servant leaders, creative thinkers, and resilient hearts. If that sounds like you... we saved you a seat.
